Arrest made after world's smallest park is 'occupied'

Cameron Scott Whitten, 20, was taken into custody at Mill Ends Park (located at Southwest Naito Boulevard and Taylor Street ) after he refused to get out of the street and onto the sidewalk. Police said he had been given numerous warnings.
